Our Company

From SWANCON to Balu & Associates.

Incepted as SWANCON Consultants (P) Ltd. in 1990 by Mr. B.S. Rajagopalan, a veteran in the field of Public Health Engineering, the firm was converted into a partnership — Balu & Mukund — in January 2004.

It was rechristened as Balu & Associates in April 2007, and has operated under that name ever since.

The Proprietor of M/s. Balu & Associates brings over 25 years of specialized experience in the design and planning of water supply systems, sewerage networks, stormwater drainage, fire fighting, and fire protection systems.

He leads the firm as the Principal Consultant and Head, overseeing all aspects of project delivery and client engagement. His technical expertise and leadership form the foundation of the firm's commitment to delivering reliable and efficient engineering solutions.
